Job Description

Codemines Computer Institute is hiring an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist / Corporate Relations Manager (IT Placements) to strengthen its placement division by building long-term relationships with IT companies and generating employment opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, employer engagement, corporate networking, and placement coordination. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to connect with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers across software companies. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Teams, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers from software companies. Generate placement opportunities for students through corporate networking. Source hiring requirements from IT companies for fresher and experienced candidates. Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-ins, campus placement activities, and virtual interviews. Follow up with recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle until successful candidate placement. Develop partnerships with startups, IT companies, software firms, and technology organizations. Reach out to companies through LinkedIn, Naukri, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, and networking events. Maintain an updated database of recruiters, hiring companies, job openings, and placement records. Coordinate with trainers regarding student readiness, interview schedules, and technical assessments. Assist students with interview scheduling and placement documentation. Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly and monthly placement reports. Achieve monthly placement and employer engagement targets. Ensure smooth communication between recruiters, students, and the institute.
