IT Support Engineer

Job Description

Argustech Services is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to employees and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and IT equipment. The candidate should have practical knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, basic networking, and system maintenance. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and software-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network connectivity issues. Handle system setup and configuration for new employees. Maintain and monitor IT hardware and other equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently. Perform software updates, system maintenance, and basic security checks. Maintain records of IT assets and technical issues. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical support. Ensure timely resolution of employee IT support requests. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or a similar role. Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, computer hardware, and basic networking. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic English communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
