Technocrats Sales and Services is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach to resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, and in-person assistance. Install and update operating systems, drivers, and business applications. Configure user accounts, email clients, and system permissions. Monitor system performance and perform preventive maintenance. Manage LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and internet troubleshooting. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing. Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus updates. Required Skills Hardware Troubleshooting Windows Administration Networking (LAN/WAN) Printer Configuration Desktop Support Software Installation Active Directory (Basic) MS Office Technical Troubleshooting Communication Skills Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent. Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with technical knowledge are welcome). Language: Basic English. Willingness to work from the office.
