Job Summary Progressive Autoserve Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team in Pitampura, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in computer hardware, networking, CCTV systems, printer support, and Windows operating systems. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and required software. Install and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. Configure LAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, and IP settings. Perform preventive maintenance of computer systems and IT equipment. Assemble, upgrade, and repair computer hardware components. Configure printers, scanners, and other office devices. Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly. Maintain IT asset records and documentation. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements when required. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while maintaining service quality. Required Qualifications ITI, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT hardware and network support. Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and computer hardware. Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance. Basic understanding of networking concepts and IP configuration. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
