IT Sales Executive

Job Description

Intellisolvers LLP is looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching IT services, handling sales discussions, and converting leads into business. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other business channels. Identify and connect with potential domestic and international clients. Understand client requirements and present suitable IT services and solutions. Conduct sales calls, product/service presentations, and follow-ups. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update lead status. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions. Negotiate with prospects and work toward successful deal closure. Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding after closure Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, Software Sales, or IT Services Sales. Strong lead generation and business development skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good understanding of IT services and technology solutions. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Good follow-up and client-handling skills. Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach. Knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM tools will be an advantage. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Education Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
