Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven IT Sales Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable IT training programs. The role involves handling leads, counseling prospective learners, and converting inquiries into enrollments while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals on IT training programs such as SAP, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security

Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries

Understand learner needs and recommend appropriate courses

Follow up with prospective candidates and convert leads into admissions

Maintain CRM records and prepare daily performance reports

Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

Coordinate with training and placement teams for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

1–3 years of experience in EdTech or IT training sales

Freshers with strong communication and persuasion skills may apply

Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills

Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
