About the Role Goodpro Corporate Services is looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and hire top technical talent across various technologies and experience levels. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for connecting talented professionals with the right career opportunities. Key Responsibilities Handle complete end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements. Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' technical and communication skills. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers. Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate salary packages and manage offer roll-out and joining formalities. Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality hiring and excellent candidate experience. Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
