IT Field Support Engineer (Desktop Hardware)

Job Description

We are hiring an IT Field Support Engineer to provide onsite desktop hardware support, system installation, and technical assistance to clients across Gurugram. Candidates with experience in computer hardware maintenance and field service are encouraged to apply. Roles & Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. Replace faulty hardware components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, keyboard, mouse, and power supply. Install Windows operating systems and essential software. Diagnose hardware and basic networking issues. Configure printers, scanners, and other office devices. Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks. Maintain accurate service documentation and asset records. Coordinate with customers to ensure timely issue resolution. Follow company service standards and safety procedures during onsite visits.
