Job Summary Trisha Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated IT Engineer (Hardware & Networking) to manage and support the hospital's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have experience in computer hardware, networking, system administration, CCTV, and technical support. The candidate will ensure uninterrupted IT operations across all hospital departments while maintaining system security and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Hardware Support Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently. Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks. Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate equipment replacement or upgrades. Network Administration Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance and ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity. Troubleshoot network-related issues, including IP conflicts, connectivity failures, and cable faults. Ensure secure and reliable network access across hospital departments. Software & System Management Install, configure, and update Windows operating systems, antivirus software, and hospital management software (HMS/HMIS). Perform regular data backups and system updates. Provide technical support for EMR/HMIS applications, user accounts, and printing issues. Monitor system performance and maintain software licensing compliance. Technical Support Provide prompt IT support to hospital staff for hardware, software, and network issues. Resolve technical queries through onsite and remote assistance. Coordinate with external vendors for AMC services, repairs, and technical support. Assist during system upgrades, audits, and NABH inspections. Security & Surveillance Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. Monitor biometric attendance and access control systems. Ensure IT security practices are followed to protect hospital data and systems. Documentation & Compliance Maintain records of IT assets, repairs, maintenance activities, and support tickets. Ensure compliance with hospital IT policies and patient data privacy standards. Prepare reports related to IT infrastructure and system performance. ligibility Criteria Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Hardware & Networking, or a related field. Experience: 0.5–3 Years in IT Hardware & Networking Support. Gender Preference: Male Language: Basic English
