Well and Wall is a modular furnishing and interior design company specializing in residential and commercial projects. The company focuses on delivering creative, functional, and customized interior solutions with strong emphasis on innovation and quality execution. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and translate them into functional design concepts Prepare space planning, layout designs, and furniture arrangements Develop detailed working drawings and presentation designs using AutoCAD / SketchUp Conduct site visits for measurements, feasibility checks, and project coordination Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality standards Maintain accuracy in design detailing and material selection Stay updated with latest trends in interior design and modular furnishing Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory) Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning Knowledge of modular furniture systems and materials Ability to prepare detailed drawings and presentation layouts Good communication and client-handling skills Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team collaboration and site coordination skills
