Interior Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to develop residential or commercial interior concepts, prepare technical drawings, create 3D visualizations, and coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture plans, and detailed design drawings. Develop 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations. Create mood boards, material boards, and design presentations. Select furniture, lighting, finishes, fabrics, and décor as per project requirements. Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate with execution teams. Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams. Ensure designs meet client requirements, budget, quality, and project timelines. Review site execution and ensure work matches approved designs. Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and technologies. Required Skills AutoCAD Interior Design 2D & 3D Design SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray / Lumion BOQ Preparation Space Planning Material Selection Client & Vendor Coordination Eligibility Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Practical knowledge of AutoCAD is required. Experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software preferred. Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. Strong creativity, visualization ability, and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills.
