Ugrasen Solar Energy Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, promoting solar energy solutions, and supporting the sales process to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online inquiries. Generate and qualify leads for solar energy products and services. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. Schedule site visits and appointments for the field sales team. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions. Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information. Update and maintain customer records in CRM software or Excel. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports. Achieve assigned sales and lead conversion targets. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000+ per month PF & ESIC Benefits Travel Allowance (TA) Internet Allowance Laptop Provided Career Growth Opportunities
