Job Overview We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Immigration Consultants to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients regarding overseas immigration and visa opportunities, guiding them through the application process, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable visa and immigration programs Provide detailed guidance on immigration procedures, documentation, and eligibility criteria Handle client queries through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings Conduct telephonic and in-office counselling sessions professionally Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activities Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets Stay updated with current immigration laws, visa policies, and market trends Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above 6 months to 5 years of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Immigration Counselling Prior experience in the immigration industry will be preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Basic computer knowledge required Ability to work independently as well as in a team Shift Timing Day Shift | 6 Days Working Employee Benefits Insurance Benefits Growth Opportunities Performance Incentives Documents Required PAN Card Aadhaar Card Bank Account Details
