About the Role Trishul Plastic Machine Mfg. is seeking a skilled and motivated Hydraulic Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining hydraulic systems used in injection moulding machines. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of hydraulic components, system design, troubleshooting, and machine performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Design and develop hydraulic systems for injection moulding machines. Prepare hydraulic circuit diagrams, schematics, and engineering drawings. Select hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, manifolds, and power packs. Perform hydraulic calculations related to pressure, flow, and system efficiency. Troubleshoot hydraulic system failures and provide effective solutions. Coordinate with production and service teams during machine assembly and installation. Conduct testing and validation of hydraulic systems. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards. Support product improvement and cost optimization initiatives. Provide technical support during commissioning and after-sales service. equired Skills Hydraulic System Design Hydraulic Circuit Development Injection Moulding Machine Knowledge Hydraulic Troubleshooting AutoCAD / CAD Software Pumps & Valves Selection Technical Drawing Interpretation Maintenance & Testing Qualifications Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in hydraulic systems or injection moulding machinery. Basic English communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in plastic machinery manufacturing. Knowledge of hydraulic power units and manifold design. Ability to work independently and within a team.
