HVAC Site Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Site Engineer to oversee on-site HVAC installation and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems, site supervision, client coordination, and project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of work. Key Responsibilities Supervise HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and project teams. Conduct site measurements with clients and Project Management Consultants (PMC). Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards. Monitor project progress and maintain daily work reports. Inspect HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Verify material usage and ensure proper inventory management at site. Ensure quality control throughout project execution. Follow company safety guidelines and site compliance procedures. Required Skills Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, blueprints, and technical documents. Understanding of HVAC installation standards and site execution. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Project coordination and site management abilities. Effective communication and client handling skills. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities. Eligibility Criteria ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC installation or site engineering. Basic English communication skills. Comfortable working at project sites. Willingness to travel to different project locations when required.
