We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end human resource operations for our factory, retail stores, and field workforce. The role will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, contractor management, attendance, and HR documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Gujarat labour laws and be comfortable handling a large workforce in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory workers, retail staff, and field sales employees. Handle sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and employee induction. Maintain an active candidate pipeline for bulk and urgent hiring requirements. Manage PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory compliances. Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and applicable Gujarat labour laws. Coordinate with labour contractors and monitor workforce compliance. Plan manpower requirements and manage seasonal workforce shortages. Process monthly payroll, attendance, leave, deductions, and full & final settlements. Maintain employee records, HR registers, licences, and statutory documents. Manage attendance and leave through HRMS platforms such as Keka or GreytHR. Handle employee grievances and support positive employee relations. Conduct HR visits to company stores across Gujarat when required. Coordinate internal and statutory audits and ensure timely documentation. Work closely with management and department heads for manpower planning and HR operations. Required Skills Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory compliance. Knowledge of Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and Gujarat labour regulations. Experience in bulk hiring and workforce management. Strong labour contractor and placement consultant coordination skills. Experience with job portals and ITI hiring. Payroll, attendance, leave, and HRMS management. Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong employee relations and grievance-handling abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred Candidate Requirements 5+ years of overall HR experience. Minimum 2–3 years of factory/plant HR experience preferred. Must be comfortable working in a full-time on-site role. Candidates should be able to commute to Changodar, Sanand, or nearby areas. Willingness to travel to company stores across Gujarat when required.
