Hub Manager – Operations

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hub Manager – Operations to oversee day-to-day hub operations, fleet management, inventory control, and rider management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in warehouse operations, logistics, and fleet coordination. This role requires ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining compliance records, and optimizing resource allocation to meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end hub and warehouse operations. Supervise fleet operations, including maintenance and availability of two-wheelers. Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse assets. Monitor vehicle documentation, insurance renewals, and compliance. Manage rider and driver onboarding, documentation, and records. Ensure proper allocation of vehicles and resources based on business demand. Coordinate with corporate clients for smooth fleet deployment. Track operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports. Monitor inventory movement and minimize asset downtime. Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Identify operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Required Skills Fleet Management Warehouse Operations Inventory Management Data Management Team Leadership Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, fleet management, or warehouse management. Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. Good communication and leadership skills. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities.
