The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, telecalling, telesales, or BPO operations and possess strong communication and candidate coordination skills Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels. Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieve recruitment targets and hiring deadlines. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment, BPO, Telecalling, or Telesales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and coordination abilities. Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude. Basic English communication skills.
