**Job Description:** We seek a dynamic entry-level HR Recruiter to learn and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, support hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines. **Responsibilities:** - Source candidates through job boards and social media platforms - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews - Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams - Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking systems - Draft and post job advertisements on various recruitment channels - Assist in organizing career fairs and recruitment events - Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process - Support onboarding paperwork and background check processes
