Key Responsibilities Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and candidate competencies. Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews. Analyze candidate profiles, skills, and suitability for open positions. Post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Manage the complete Recruitment Life Cycle. Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure offer closures and successful onboarding.
