Moti Packaging Industries is looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various functions while ensuring timely closure of positions and an excellent candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Post jobs on portals, social media platforms, and other hiring channels. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or virtual interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback. Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process. Generate offer letters and support onboarding formalities. Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases. Participate in job fairs, walk-ins, and hiring drives. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
