FourFold Legal is looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of quality candidates. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Create and update job descriptions based on hiring requirements. Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct reference and background verification where required. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports. Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
