HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support bulk hiring for BFSI and NBFC sales roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in recruitment or bulk hiring. Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Handle bulk recruitment for BFSI/NBFC sales positions. Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process. Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Work closely with the recruitment team to close open positions efficiently.
