Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Recruiter to support our recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various job openings. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates looking to build a successful career in Human Resources and Recruitment. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interview feedback and offer processes. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Team player with strong coordination skills.
