We seek a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to build our EdTech team by identifying and attracting top entry-level talent passionate about online education. **Responsibilities:** - Source candidates through job boards, social media, and campus networks - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews for cultural fit - Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and applicants - Manage applicant tracking system data with accuracy and timeliness - Communicate job offers and negotiate start dates with selected candidates - Maintain a pipeline of potential hires for future teaching roles - Assist in drafting job postings tailored to e-learning industry needs - Provide weekly recruitment updates to the HR lead on progress
