Job Overview Shashwat International Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR operations, recruitment activities, employee management, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with prior experience in recruitment and HR operations. Candidates with experience in the Immigration, Visa Consultancy, Overseas Education, or Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation Manage onboarding and offboarding processes professionally Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and HR activities Ensure proper employee engagement and workplace discipline Maintain employee files, records, and compliance documentation Conduct candidate screening and interview scheduling efficiently Prepare HR reports and ensure smooth HR process execution Eligibility Criteria Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment Prior experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy, Travel & Tourism, or Overseas Education industry preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of recruitment portals and HR processes Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation handling Working Days & Shift 6 Days Working Timing: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM Documents Required PAN Card Aadhaar Card Bank Account Details
