We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead Corporate and Plant HR operations. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Plant operations Coordinate manpower planning and workforce budgeting with department heads Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and analytics reports Ensure timely closure of critical and strategic positions Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee onboarding, induction, documentation, and background verification Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations Conduct exit interviews and supervise Full & Final Settlement processes Issue relieving letters, experience certificates, and separation documentation Payroll & Compensation Management Supervise monthly payroll processing across group companies Ensure accuracy in salary processing, reimbursements, incentives, and statutory deductions Validate payroll reports, salary registers, and bank transfer statements Coordinate annual increments, salary revisions, and payroll reconciliations Statutory Compliance & Liaison Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and related compliances Handle statutory filings, inspections, audits, and compliance documentation Liaise with government authorities for registrations, renewals, and licenses Performance Management System (PMS) Drive organization-wide PMS processes and appraisal cycles Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, and normalization processes Generate PMS reports and performance analytics for management review HR Operations & HRMIS Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements Prepare HRMIS reports, dashboards, and organizational charts Maintain employee records and HR documentation systems accurately Required Skills Strong expertise in HR Operations and HR Generalist activities In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliance Experience handling Corporate HR and Plant HR operations Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in HRMIS, reporting, and workforce analytics Eligibility Criteria MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification 10 – 15 years of relevant HR experience Experience in Manufacturing, Automobile, or EV industry preferred Ability to manage multi-location HR operations effectively Why Join Us?
