Advancetech Building Maintenance
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, and day-to-day HR operations for our BMU system manufacturing business. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or engineering environments and be capable of handling both blue-collar and white-collar hiring while supporting HR administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, fabrication, engineering, quality, stores, sales, and support functions. Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, campus drives, and local recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities. Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs. Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll/accounts team for timely salary processing. Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR procedures. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate manpower planning and hiring requirements with department heads. Generate HR reports, recruitment MIS, attendance reports, and workforce analytics. Support performance management, training coordination, and employee development initiatives. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality of employee information. Experience in recruiting production, fabrication, welding, mechanical, and engineering professionals will be an added advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred. Reporting To HR Manager / Management
