Team Vertex Global Services is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees across Gurugram and Bangalore locations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic HR partner, driving employee engagement, talent management, performance improvement, and HR process excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior business leaders to provide strategic HR support. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other HR functions to implement HR initiatives. Drive talent management, employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices. Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. Lead HR projects from planning through execution. Improve HR process adoption and streamline workflows. Monitor HR metrics and recommend actionable improvements. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure business and people objectives are achieved. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. 3–8 years of HRBP experience. Hands-on experience across talent management, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and learning & development. Experience supporting senior leadership in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Candidate Male candidates preferred. Comfortable working in night shifts. Experience in BPO, BPM, Technology, FinTech, or Financial Services industries will be an advantage.
