HR & Lead Generation Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and driven HR & Lead Generation Executive with a strong focus on lead generation activities. The role primarily involves identifying and qualifying business leads while also supporting basic HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development (90%)

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, social media, and business directories

Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for meetings and follow-ups

Maintain consistent communication with prospective clients

HR & Administrative Support (10%)

Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling

Maintain employee records and support onboarding processes

Assist with daily administrative tasks and office operations

Key Skills:

Proven experience in lead generation or business development

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email marketing tools, and CRM systems

Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales support roles

Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
