The role involves customer interaction, loan-related guidance, and operational support for home loan processing. Candidates must have prior experience in home loan operations and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to home loans and mortgage products
• Explain housing loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements
• Manage balance transfer cases and related customer coordination
• Assist customers through the loan application and processing lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
• Maintain accurate customer and loan-related records
• Ensure compliance with company and financial process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Mandatory experience in Home Loan / Housing Loan domain
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills
