Job Description

PDM Extrusions Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including marketing materials, social media creatives, branding assets, and website-related designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, layouts, colors, and branding, along with hands-on experience using professional design tools. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality graphics and visual content for digital and print media. Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Develop creative layouts for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements. Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines. Edit, revise, and improve designs based on feedback. Prepare final artwork in appropriate formats for digital and print use. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative practices. Required Skills Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Flash. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Basic knowledge of Figma or Canva is an advantage. Strong understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual composition. Good attention to detail and creativity. Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into visual concepts. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design is preferred. Eligibility Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Above. 1–5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design or Web Design. Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills. Female candidates preferred/only, as per the company's hiring requirement.
