Dhanam Investment And Finance Private Limited, a rapidly growing NBFC, is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications for its digital financial products and internal platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development and will work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to build technology solutions supporting the company's digital transformation and IPO roadmap. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces. Develop secure and scalable back-end services and RESTful APIs. Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment. Maintain technical documentation and development standards. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Follow software development best practices and version control using Git. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Docker and CI/CD pipeline knowledge. Experience in fintech or financial application development. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and secure financial systems. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
