LearnKaro Education Technologies Private Limited is looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will be responsible for developing high-performance applications, creating secure APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications. Build secure and scalable REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, and Express.js. Design responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js. Implement reusable frontend components and manage application state. Design, manage, and optimize MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization. Participate in code reviews and Agile development processes. Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Support CI/CD implementation and production deployments. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams. Experience: 2–5 years preferred (Exceptional freshers with strong projects may also apply.) Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
