USH IT Solutions is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer & Trainer who can both develop modern web applications and train students in full stack development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor aspiring developers through practical, industry-oriented training. You will be responsible for developing projects, delivering technical training sessions, creating learning materials, and preparing students to become job-ready full stack developers. Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training on Full Stack Development. Train students in frontend and backend technologies with hands-on projects. Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Design course content, assignments, coding exercises, and project-based learning modules. Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and coding evaluations. Guide students in live projects, debugging, and best coding practices. Help students build professional portfolios and prepare for technical interviews. Keep training materials updated with current industry trends. Collaborate with the development team on client and internal projects. Maintain training records and student progress reports. Required Skills Full Stack Development HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript React.js or Angular Node.js PHP or Python MySQL / MongoDB REST APIs Git & GitHub Debugging & Testing Excellent Communication & Training Skills Candidate Requirements 1–2 years of experience in Full Stack Development. Experience in teaching or mentoring students is preferred. Strong understanding of frontend and backend development. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
