Job Description

The Founder’s Content & Distribution Manager will work closely with the Founder and CEO to capture, create, and distribute engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. The role is ideal for a creative, proactive candidate who enjoys storytelling, social media, video content, and working in a fast-paced environment. Accompany the Founder during office activities, events, travel, meetings, and field visits to capture relevant content. Record short-form videos, behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, discussions, and leadership activities. Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos. Add strong hooks, subtitles, clean cuts, and basic branding to content. Repurpose long-form recordings into multiple short-form content pieces. Manage daily content publishing across social media platforms. Maintain a content calendar and ideas backlog. Track content performance, audience engagement, and trending formats. Suggest new content themes, series, storylines, and creative formats. Maintain organized footage, project files, and content assets. Support campaigns, launches, job fairs, announcements, and special projects.
