Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer with strong expertise in building native iOS and Android applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate will be capable of owning mobile projects end-to-end, from technical planning and architecture to development, deployment, and maintenance. This role requires hands-on coding, technical leadership, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-quality native iOS and Android applications using Flutter (Dart)
• Own the entire mobile development lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support
• Make key technical decisions and define best practices for mobile development
• Independently manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for mobile projects
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into scalable mobile solutions
• Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and platform-specific features
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across devices and OS versions
• Stay current with Flutter updates, iOS and Android platform changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional mobile application development experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with Flutter and Dart
• Proven experience delivering production-level apps on both Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Solid understanding of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development
• Experience designing mobile app architectures and managing state (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and mobile app security
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of project
