Job Description

Moti Packaging Industries is looking for a skilled and dedicated Fitter to join our maintenance and production team. The candidate will be responsible for machine assembly, installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical equipment to ensure smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities Perform machine assembly, installation, alignment, and commissioning. Carry out preventive maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns to minimize downtime. Service and maintain air compressors and related equipment. Repair, replace, and adjust machine components as required. Operate maintenance tools such as welding machines, hand grinders, drilling machines, and other workshop equipment. Monitor machine performance and identify potential issues. Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage. Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures at all times. Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Assist in machinery upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installations.
