Job Summary Blucrest Capital Advisors Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join its growing finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of financial statements, excellent analytical skills, and an interest in financial services. Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisions. Understand and interpret Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L) Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Maintain accuracy and consistency in financial records and reports. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling. Perform financial ratio analysis and identify business performance trends. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate financial information. Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and MIS. Support process improvements and maintain data integrity. Required Skills Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Knowledge of Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow Analysis. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. Good communication and organizational skills. Age: 18–30 years. Language: Basic English proficiency Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of financial ratios and business performance metrics. Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting.
