Job Description

Really Agritech Private Limited is hiring a Field Service Technician to provide installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support for agricultural machinery at customer locations. The candidate should be willing to travel locally and deliver high-quality after-sales service. Key Responsibilities Install and inspect agricultural equipment at client sites. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and spare parts records. Guide customers on machine usage and routine maintenance. Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex service issues. Ensure timely closure of service requests. Follow safety procedures during field operations.
