We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Field Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling clothing products in assigned local markets, interacting directly with customers and dealers, generating sales, and supporting promotional activities. Freshers who are confident, energetic, and comfortable working in the field are welcome to apply. Job Description Visit assigned local markets and retail areas for sales activities. Promote and sell clothing products directly to customers. Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers. Generate sales through direct B2C and dealer interactions. Support promotional and marketing activities in assigned locations. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain basic records of sales, customer interactions, and market activities. Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team. Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding daily field activities and sales performance. Requirements Minimum qualification: 10th Pass. Freshers are welcome to apply. Previous experience in sales, promotion, or marketing is an advantage but not mandatory. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Comfortable working in field sales and assigned market locations. Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve targets. Basic spoken English is sufficient.
