Job Title: Field Sales Executive Brand: Biodele (Sustainable Fiber Pulp Moulded Packaging) Locations: Bengaluru | Mumbai | New Delhi (NCR) Employment Type: Full-time | Remote (Field-Based) About the Role Biodele is seeking high-energy, target-driven Field Sales Executives to expand the reach of our eco-friendly packaging solutions. This role focuses on driving business growth across B2B Distribution, Food Service, and Institutional segments. Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Business Development: Generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling Distribution Expansion: Onboard stockists, distributors, and resellers Food Service Sales: Engage with restaurants, cafés, QSRs, and cloud kitchens Institutional Sales: Close deals with railways, airlines, corporates, and hospitals Reporting & CRM: Maintain daily field reports (DFRs) and manage pipeline in CRM as per SOPs Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (FMCG, packaging, or hospitality preferred) Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset Must own a two-wheeler and laptop Language Requirements Bengaluru: English & Kannada Mumbai: English, Hindi & Marathi NCR: English & Hindi Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹30,000 per month Fuel and travel reimbursements
