Field Sales Executive Company: ACE Marbles & Granites Location: Tiljala, Kolkata (Field-based with Outstation Travel) Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives) Earning Potential: Up to ₹35,000+ per month About the Company ACE Marbles & Granites is a well-established name in the natural and engineered stone industry, specializing in premium marble, granite, quartz, and tile solutions. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with a passion for client engagement and business development. The role involves extensive fieldwork, relationship management, and driving sales growth within the building materials segment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads Conduct regular field visits across Kolkata and outstation locations Promote and present premium product offerings including marble, granite, quartz, and tiles Perform site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to close sales Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal showroom and operations teams for seamless order execution Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in building materials or related industry) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively, including outstation assignments Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales Ownership of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory Proficiency in Hindi is required; English communication is an added advantage Benefits & Perks Competitive fixed salary with attractive incentive structure Annual performance bonus Travel Allowance (TA) and Petrol reimbursement Mobile and Internet allowance Opportunity to work with reputed architects and premium projects Structured career growth and development opportunities Job Details Work Schedule: Day Shift Work Type: Field-based (on-site client visits required) Application Process Interested candidates can apply by: Calling/WhatsApp: +91 91471 61649 Emailing their resume to: hr@acemarbles.com
