We are looking for energetic, confident, and result-driven Field Marketing Interns cum Executives to expand the Learnees partner network by onboarding coaching institutes and educational organizations. In this field-based role, you will meet institute owners and key decision-makers, present the Learnees platform, explain its benefits, and convert prospects into long-term business partners. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about sales, business development, and the education sector. Key Responsibilities Visit coaching institutes, colleges, training centers, and educational organizations within the assigned territory. Identify and approach potential partner institutes for collaboration. Present Learnees' products, services, and platform to institute owners and management teams. Demonstrate how Learnees helps institutions generate quality student leads, increase admissions, and streamline inquiry management through its CRM solutions. Successfully onboard new educational institutes onto the Learnees platform. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institute owners and administrators. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly onboarding and business development targets. Collect market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business growth. Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner support. Maintain accurate records of daily visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions. Represent the Learnees brand professionally during all field interactions. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Confidence in face-to-face client interactions. Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude. Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city. Eligibility Graduate or final-year student in any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience in field sales, business development, marketing, or educational services will be an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
