Field Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description

Truetech Services is looking for a Field Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for desktop systems, laptops, printers, and network devices. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in hardware maintenance and installation. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in desktops and laptops. Install, configure, and replace computer components including RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, motherboard, and peripherals. Install Windows OS and basic software applications. Configure printers, scanners, monitors, and other devices. Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues. Visit client locations to provide onsite technical support. Maintain service reports, installation records, and asset details. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while following company quality standards.
