Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Fashion Design Faculty to train and mentor students in fashion design. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of garment construction, fashion illustration, textiles, and current industry trends, along with excellent teaching and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging classroom and practical training in fashion design. Teach fashion illustration, garment construction, pattern making, draping, and textiles. Guide students on design concepts, portfolios, and industry projects. Conduct practical demonstrations and workshops. Assess student performance through assignments and practical evaluations. Prepare lesson plans and training materials. Keep students updated with the latest fashion trends and techniques. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment. Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and placement preparation. Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills Fashion Design Pattern Making Garment Construction Fashion Illustration Textile Knowledge Draping Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred) Communication Skills Classroom Management Eligibility Experience: 1-5 years (Teaching or industry experience preferred) Good communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students
