Factory Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, production planning, manpower management, and assembly line performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in electrical or equipment manufacturing. Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities according to production targets. Oversee complete factory and assembly line operations to ensure smooth workflow. Plan manpower, shifts, and line allocation based on production requirements. Monitor production output, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. Improve assembly line productivity through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement practices. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. Prepare and maintain production reports, MIS, and KPI dashboards. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures. Manage and motivate production teams to achieve daily and monthly targets. Skills & Requirements 5–10 years of experience in factory, plant, or production management. BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Strong knowledge of plant operations, production management, and manufacturing processes. Experience in manpower handling and shift management. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and KPI monitoring. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing will be preferred.
