Job Description

PlayAll Sports is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Facility Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of its sports facility. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing bookings and payments, coordinating housekeeping staff, and ensuring the venue is clean, safe, and operational. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the sports facility. Handle customer inquiries, bookings, registrations, and payment collections. Maintain accurate booking records and customer data in the management system. Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ensure the facility is well-maintained and operational at all times. Monitor sports equipment and report maintenance requirements. Resolve customer concerns promptly to deliver an excellent customer experience. Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures. Prepare daily operational reports and update management on facility activities. Support smooth execution of events and activities conducted at the venue Required Skills Customer Service Facility Operations Booking Management Communication Skills Basic Computer Knowledge Team Coordination Problem Solving Time Management Cash Handling Attention to Detail Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, facility management, hospitality, retail, or operations. Basic English communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations. Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
