The ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents accurately. Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize and manage physical and digital files for easy retrieval. Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations using MS Excel and other office tools. Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Assist management in scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. Ensure smooth workflow by supporting various back-office activities.
