Event & Exhibition Design Executive

Job Description

TNA Events & Sports Private Limited is looking for a creative Event & Exhibition Design Executive to join our design team. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts and visual designs for events, exhibitions, corporate setups, brand activations, and promotional spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of space planning, event aesthetics, 2D/3D visualization, and design execution. Key Responsibilities Develop creative design concepts for events, exhibitions, corporate events, and brand activations. Create layouts and visual concepts for exhibition stalls, stages, entrance gates, kiosks, lounges, photo booths, counters, and branding areas. Convert client requirements and reference ideas into practical design concepts. Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, and 3D visualizations as required. Create realistic renders with appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and dimensions. Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements. Coordinate with the production, fabrication, and project teams to ensure smooth execution. Ensure designs are practical, accurate, and suitable for on-site implementation. Manage multiple design projects and complete assignments within deadlines. Maintain design consistency across different event elements and branding requirements. Candidate Profile 1–3 years of experience in Event Design, Exhibition Design, 3D Design, Interior Design, or a related field. Strong creative and visualization skills. Good understanding of dimensions, scale, space planning, and proportions. Ability to understand client briefs and convert them into attractive designs. Knowledge of event fabrication and production processes will be an advantage. Comfortable handling multiple projects and working with tight deadlines. Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Portfolio of previous design work is required. Preferred Background Candidates with experience in: Event & Exhibition Companies Experiential Marketing Stage & Set Design Exhibition Stall Design Brand Activations Event Production & Fabrication Interior / Spatial Design will be preferred.
